A Financial Advisor wished to increase the number of warm leads he brought in through cold calling. His cold callers brought in an average of 8 leads per week.

the solution

After reviewing the cold calling script we changed the tone and updated the copy to make it warm and friendly. We also noted that male callers preferred to speak to females and vice versa and there was always a huge drop in leads when the weather was bad. By using the updated script, asking callers to stay home when the weather was bad the Advisor was able to bring in 8 leads per day per cold caller. This was a 600% increase in lead generation.
