QuickEnrollment is an online e-commerce registration company servicing participants and leagues in amateur sports in Canada and the US.

the challenge

A large number of customer service calls were coming in asking for help to process their online registration. The online registrations system wasn’t very user friendly and we set out to make the system more intuitive.

the solution

The registration system was mostly made up of multiple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ questions which resembled the a bank ATM. So we shifted the registration system to mirror a bank ATM because people were already familiar with that system. Therefore every ‘yes’ response would move you through the registration process to the next step while every ‘no’ response would request more information before moving you forward. These changes created a more intuitive registration system and decreased customer service calls by 23%.
